Abt Sportsline has released its own aftermarket version of Audi’s S4, the third to do so after Wettstetten and MTM.
Abt Sportsline, like the first two tuners, has also deemed the car’s 3.0-liter TFSI engine to be lacking and has in fact, raised the final output to 435 horsepower (320 kW) from 333 hp (245 kW) on the production version.
The car’s other performance upgrades include an increased torque, from 440 Nm to 520 Nm. The car is now able to jump from 0-60 in 4.6 seconds compared to the previous record of 5.1 seconds. The 250 km/h electronic limiter has been lifted, allowing the S4 to now top at 282 km/h (175 mph). The German tuner explained that this is because the engine it supplied does not have a V-max (top speed) limit.
